Built for scaled up cellars, the 200L CIP Cart provides the fluid volume and pump drive required to power high-flow spray balls on large fermenters without running dry or losing prime.

• Enclosed Return Loop: Eliminates loose flex-hoses and spray hazards; routes flow safely back into cleaning or sanitising vessels.

• Dual-Source Versatility: Draw directly from the onboard tanks or use the dump-to-ground valve to isolate the cart and pump from an external reservoir.

• Larger Reservoir: The 200L capacity ensures the pump never sucks air while coating the massive internal surface area of large vessels.

• High-Output Drive: Upgraded motor engineered to overcome the high static head pressure of tall production tanks.

• Fully Insulated Double Skin: Retains hot temperatures, drastically reducing energy usage and reheat times.

• Sidemount Safety Controls: Control panel and temp display are mounted on the side, keeping operators clear of vessel openings.

• Compact Mobility: Heavy-duty locking casters and a trolley handle built for tight footprints.
